(Rosie, I'm trying a version of your "universal flattering pose." I like it! It works even for tubby tummies like this old lady!)
I had the best intentions of taking pictures of my skirts every day the past week for Rosie's Pants Free July, but . . . some of the photos were NOT pretty. I mean, who wants to see me in a skirt covered in paint splatters after a day of painting the master bath? Nobody!!
So, instead, you get the cute photo below: the Bambino and Mama enjoying pizza night at a nearby farm, AFTER I'd been able to clean up from the paint. No skirt in sight, but it was a far beautiful sight this way!
The weekend of the Fourth we played it low-key, as always. We had lunch at a new to us restaurant, appropriately [for the holiday] called "Revolution Taproom." It was pretty darn fabulous! Siracha buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, yes please!!! Below you can see the Bambino enjoying his bucket o' soldiers, in front of a portrait of Thomas Paine. So appropriate!
